Laurence Hobbs – Co-Founder, Producer/Songwriter/Promoter Laurence Hobbs has worked as a songwriter and producer with many performers and writers and has had his songs covered by many acts across the globe. He has worked with 100's of artists and has great experience in helping with their musical development, especially with their songwriting skills, an area he is very passionate about. Laurence has received Platinum and Gold discs in Greece for their ‘Pop Idols’ Hi 5 for the production and co-writing of the song ‘Wase’ His Song ‘ if you have to ask’ performed by American act, ‘Liquid Blue’ was the Campaign Theme Song for 2004 United States Presidential Candidate Ralph Nader. However, his greatest honour was to be asked to be a judge for the UK song at the 2004 Eurovision song contest! In 2001 he co founded 'Popshow' the country's leading Pop showcase event, which has been responsible for many acts being spotted and even signed. Over the years it has built up a reputation that is second to none as the place to perform for all Pop acts.

Michael King – Co-Founder, Artist Manager Michael King began his musical career as lead vocalist for an acid-jazz-funk band. After many vibrant years touring the country, and with a number high-profile support gigs under his belt, he decided to build upon his business acumen, and move full-time into music management. In 1999 HKA Recordings was formed, and soon became one of the foremost independent dance-music labels. After a number of highly successful singles and compilations, an emphasis was placed on artist management & the essential development process involved. All artists involved with this team are ensured that no stone remains unturned, as Michael is renowned for his attention to detail & passion for excellence. This has led to his artists performing on a nation-wide basis, working with acts such as Blu Cantrell, Simon Webbe, Liberty X, and Jagged Edge, and having their music played on all major radio stations.

Karla Celeste – Vocal Coach/Performance Coach/Songwriter/Singer/Promoter Karla has coached a vast amount of artists in the last 6 years and is an active singer, songwriter and promoter in the industry. She began her music career as a singer in a soul covers band and then swiftly moved to London to pursue a performance-based degree at university. From being a singer herself she understands first-hand, what is required in artists of today and dedicates her time to coaching artists in development.
Karla prides herself on the close relationships she builds with artists and is well known for building confidence with a singer, which she feels is an important part of their progress, "Personality is so important in a performer and it's my aim to pull that out of every artist I work with, I always manage it somehow!" Karla was involved in the coaching of an artist called Pixie who was signed to Def Jam (Island Records) in New York and more recently Mercury Records, UK. She also coached Singer Sean Mac who is now signed to SonyBMG and is soon to be released in Holland and has worked on the management side of the industry with the likes of Jamelia, Myleene Klass and MOBO winners, NDubz. Karla is more well known for her work in the commercial world of music and also teaches songwriting as well as singing. With numerous recording projects, gigs and developing unsigned artists Karla is definitely in the know!

Penny Foster - Vocal Coach/ Performance Coach Penny established herself as a top line lyricist and melody writer by working in house for a Notting Hill Music subsidiary publishing company for two years after graduating in Pop Music from the Brit School (Amy Winehouse, Kate Nash, Leona Lewis, Katie Melua, the Feeling) and the Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM). During her degree she studied vocal harmony and technical Theory and can therefore bring an artistic interpretation to vocal productions, and tracks are vocalized at performance level. She can write to a brief, finding it easy to come up with melodies, weather over simple guitar chords or complete backing tracks. |

At 24 years of age, Justin Clarke aka Ghetts has finally matured into the artist he has always strived to be; The road to his successful music career has not been entirely smooth sailing, but his hard work and perseverance have definitely paid off. He has collaborated with the likes of Kano and featured in two tracks from the album ‘Home Sweet Home’ , one of which was the hit single ‘Typical Me’. Ghetts toured alongside Kano on the promotional tour for the album which included taking part in tours with Nas and The Streets, as well as opening up for Juelz Santana in New York and performing at the MOBO Awards. Now commanding his own stage and audience Ghetts’s 1st single ‘Sing For Me’ from his debut album is due for release on the 9th of March, the track already a favourite, with remixes of it playing all over the airwaves and TV and has been snapped up by record label All Around The World a division of Universal and home to artists such as N-Dubs the track is set to be Ghetts’ first chart hit and is predicted to propel him into the mainstream.
